What is the difference between normal English and RAI English In Winx club?

Well RAI is the one that Italy made. and the normal english is the one America made. If you watch the first episode from RAI and then normal english, you'll see that the episodes are a little different and so are their voices. Other than that they are both based on the same thing and have the same plot. So it doesn't matter which one you watch.
