Nick Re-using VAs

So I found on IMDB (I am looking up info for season 5!) Peter Emshwiller will not just be voicing Sky's dad but apparently a Pillar Sea Creature in Season 5...
I think it's because:

• Sky's dad is rarely seen
• Nick is cheap and does not want to hire an extra
• Nick is paying him so they do not want to lose extra cash
